So you just can’t sleep?
1. Listen to relaxing music
Listening to music can be one of the best ways to relax yourself ready for a good nights sleep, tracks featuring sounds of the ocean, birds or the weather tend to work the best (for us at least!)

2. Avoid Tea/Coffee
Tea and Coffee have caffeine, caffeine is to keep you awake when your need to write your 5,000 word essay, not to send you to sleep!
3. Take a warm bath
There is nothing like a relaxing bath after a long stressful day at work or university. Remember a shower tends to wake you up, so save these for the morning!

5. Talk to your roommates
If you’re tossing and turning, struggling to get to sleep, don’t just lie there and feel frustrated. Find something to occupy your mind. Especially if there’s something on your mind, go and have a chat with your house/flat mates.
