Win £250 towards your driving lessons with Go Girl

If you’re currently learning to drive or planning to in the near future, you’ll know that the cost of lessons with a qualified instructor can soon add up.

Commonly quoted averages for the amount of time it takes to pass your driving test from the likes of the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency are between 40 to 50 hours of lessons with a qualified instructor as well as 20 extra hours of practice with a family member or friend.

Getting a driving licence is, however, a great investment and, depending on where you’re studying, having a car at uni can be invaluable. It probably won’t make much financial sense to run a car if you’re studying in a big congested city like London or are living on campus within easy reach of the city centre, but it’s certainly something worth considering if your accommodation is a fair distance from where your lectures are taking place or if you’re studying in a more rural setting. Other benefits include being able to offer lifts to your new uni mates, and being able to drive back home whenever you fancy, perhaps with a big bag of washing in the boot!

So if you’re currently saving up for lessons to get on the road, the good news is that Go Girl Car Insurance are giving away £250 towards driving lessons at a driving school of your choice.

The competition closes on Thursday 30 November 2017 at 10am, and winners will be notified by email within 7 days.
