Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs are a quick and easy, balanced meal that can be simply cooked in the microwave.

You will need:
2 eggs
¼ cup of milk
Tea spoon of butter

Simply crack two eggs in a microwaveable bowl, mix with a splash of milk and butter and stir. Pop the mix in to the microwave for 3 minutes, stopping the microwave each minute to stir the eggs causing them to scramble. Team with toast and beans for a quick and easy meal!

Macaroni and Cheese
This tasty, cheesy recipe will be ready in 5 minutes!

You will need:
1/2 cup macaroni pasta
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded the cheese of your choice

Put the pasta, water and salt in a microwaveable bowl and cook for 2 minutes. Stop the microwave each minute to stir the pasta and add more water if necessary.

Once the pasta is cooked, add the milk and cheese to the mix – and again microwave for two minutes. Cook the mix for longer and add more milk and cheese if necessary.

Chocolate Mug Cake
Who doesn’t love desert! This tasty chocolate cake will be cooked, hot and ready to team with ice cream in less than 5 minutes – delicious.

You will need:
4 tablespoons plain flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
Chocolate chips
Mini Marshmallows
1 dash vanilla

Mix all the ingredients in a microwaveable mug and mix thoroughly. Simply pop the mug of mixed ingredients in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. Once the cooking time is up, leave the cake to cool before tipping on to a plate – this cake is really tasty with custard or ice cream.
